There is a SOT-665 case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a General Purpose type op amp. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 5. Buffer amplifier has a total of 5 pins on it.
