SI-8008TM-TL Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -20°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz.
