SI-8033JD-TL Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 125kHz. Input voltage 6.3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result of the 1.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 40V. There should be at least a 3.3V volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly.
