SI-8205NHG Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 300kHz~1MHz.
