SPI-8001TW Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type. There is a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~135°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.5A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.5A. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 20V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 15V as the nominal input voltage. By using 16V as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate.
