The Module package provides greater flexibility.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Mounting the device requires Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 40 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 15A.Temperatures greater than 85°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 15.6V.Its minimum operating voltage is 14.4V.50mA is the output current.
