As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 2.7GHz.
