The switching controller fits in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.2V~15V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
