SC508ULTRT Overview


Capsuled in the 20-UFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~46V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 20 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts.
