TS30012-M015QFNR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 16 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V.
