PQ1L253M2SPQ Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is a SOT-89 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 2.5V volts. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 80°C limit. The voltage regulator 12v must operate at a minimum operating temperature of -30°C in order to remain reliable. 16V input voltage can be sustained by this voltage regulator 12v. In normal circumstances, 300mA are the output current of DC DC switching regulator.
