It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. It contains a total of 56 terminations within RF synthesizer.
