CY2SSTV850ZIT Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 170MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the SSTL-2 logic levels is presented here.
