The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package conserves RF transceiver IC's board space. RF transceiver's mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.As a result, it appears as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's a high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.Advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used to provide high reliability.A transceiver RF circuit board with 48 pins is designed.Surface Mount is the one that mounts transceiver.The system operates on the basis of the frequency 2.4GHz.
