SI4113-D-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 28 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 1.8GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
