The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.5GHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.6V. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As long as you provide 2.7V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work.
