SI4126-F-BM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 2.3GHz.
