SI4133-D-GT Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 1.8GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
