SI4311-B12-GMR Overview

An included version of RF Receiver is available in the package 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad.There is a way to package of RF transmitter and receiver in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).A voltage of 2.7V~3.6V is supplied to this RF Receiver.There is a lot of use for it in Home Automation, Remote Sensing, RKE.At a frequency of 315MHz 434MHz, it can achieve excellent efficiency.
