SI4739-B20-GMR Overview

For convenience, RF Receiver is included in the 20-UFQFN Exposed Pad package.A Tape & Reel (TR) package of RF transmitter and receiver is used to package.There is 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage for this RF Receiver.There is a lot of use for it in General Purpose.At QUAD, RF transmitter and receiver's terminals are located.The system is highly efficient when working at a frequency of 76MHz~108MHz 162.4MHz~162.55MHz.In total, it has 20 terminations of RF Receiver.
