SI4765-A42-GM Overview

For convenience, RF Receiver is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.As of Tray, RF transmitter and receiver is package of packaged in this way.This RF Receiver is powered by 1.2V~3.6V voltage.Operating temperatures should be below 85°C.In order for the system to operate properly, the operating temperature should be higher than -40°C.When working at a frequency of 64MHz~108MHz it is able to achieve excellent efficiency.
