SI5320-F-BC Overview

This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 63-CBGA package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 693MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -20°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML logic levels is presented here.
