Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics.
