As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input.
