SI5332AD09603-GM2 Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal.
