SI5332AD09664-GM3R Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
