Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There are 1.71V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
