SI5332B-D-AM2 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 40 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal, LVCMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
