The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
