SI5332C-D-GM1 Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 333.33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The RF synthesizer is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Generator. The MultiSynth? series includes this electronic part.
