Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator.
