The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 333.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided.
