The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 1.71V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator. The MultiSynth? series includes this electronic part.
