The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
