As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 40-TFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
