As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V.
