SI5335A-B02062-GMR Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
