Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
