In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V.
