As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
