The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V.
