Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
