The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
