As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V.
