SI5335A-B05179-GM Overview

Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
