Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
