As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power.
