The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
