It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
