This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
